Hi, welcome!

I am an Italian-Brazilian political scientist currently based in Vienna, and a doctoral researcher in Political Science and Public Policy at Central European University (CEU). I hold two Master’s degrees: an MA in Politics from CEU, and an MSc in European and Global Politics from Tampere University (TUNI).

My research focuses on environmental lobbying in autocracies, examining the strategies and characteristics of environmental interest groups operating under authoritarian rule. Methodologically, I draw on quantitative and mixed-methods approaches, including synthetic control methods, multiple imputation, qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), and game-theoretic formulations.

For an introduction to my research, you can read this paper (in Portuguese), this policy analysis, this commentary, or this column — or visit my Research page to find out more!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, Krav Maga training, playing the accordion, and learning languages.
